Kutlick Realty, LLC sold the former Circuit City on the corner of US 224 (Boardman Canfield Rd) and SR 7
(Market Street) to Cedarwood Development. CVS will build a new pharmacy at this location. Demolition of the
former Circuit City is scheduled for August 2011.
