HH GREGG TO OPEN IN BOARDMAN
Kutlick Realty, LLC finalized a lease with electronics and appliance store HH Gregg. They will occupy the former
Sofas Plus store at 441 Boardman Poland Rd in Boardman at the Shops at Boardman Park. HH Gregg is one of
the nation’s leading retailers of home appliances and consumer electronics. At the time of opening they will have
175 stores.
At the Boardman location they will occupy over 28,000 sq ft. They plan to open in the beginning of 2011.
