Kutlick Realty, LLC announces a new tenant to Applewood Commons. Verizon Wireless will occupy a 4,500 sq ft
building to be constructed mid 2010. The new building will be in front of the existing center, which houses Bed
Bath and Beyond, Pier One Imports, and Shoe Carnival. Additional space is available in the former England
Furniture space.
